Hawlings has a high-end, muiti-skilled construction team who specialise in home renovations, alterations & commercial projects. We partner with homeowners, developers, architects and design professionals to produce work of the highest quality. Our portfolio represents a mix of architect-designed homes, historic home renovations & remodelling projects of both modest and expansive scale. We particularly enjoy creatively responding to challenging work and working in buildings with historical significance.
We are comfortable leading design or working to detailed briefs and specifications for work. We frequently work with architects and interior designers and we are able to provide our own engineers and consultants. We are fully literate with Party Wall, Planning and Rights Of Light legislation and we assume responsibility for all building regulations compliance.
